Hi I and my husband are separated for the past five years .There is a criminal offence against my hubby filed by me under procso act and that case is in stay at HC. The gold which my parents gave to me are at my husband's place in our joint bank account. Hoe can i get back my gold. How should i move in court. I havent filed for divorce yet due to this. If i file for divorce will i get my gold back. Can you please advice me

if the gold is in locker (joint account) you can make an application to the court and get the same, but you have to prove the same?
Filing of Divorce petition has no concern with the gold issue..........
Get issue a legal notice and get back the gold. If failed lodge complaint with police under section 498a and section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Thanks so much for the reply sir. I tried going to bank, however my husband had given a note to the bank asking them not to let me take the gold. Hence i couldnt get my gold. Now what case should i file to get my gold back. Please advicr
