Hi I and my husband are separated for the past five years .There is a criminal offence against my hubby filed by me under procso act and that case is in stay at HC. The gold which my parents gave to me are at my husband's place in our joint bank account. Hoe can i get back my gold. How should i move in court. I havent filed for divorce yet due to this. If i file for divorce will i get my gold back. Can you please advice me

if the gold is in locker (joint account) you can make an application to the court and get the same, but you have to prove the same?
Filing of Divorce petition has no concern with the gold issue..........

A.A joint bank account can be operated by both the account holders so what you do is that you go to the Bank, access your account or locker and take back your gold. If for any reason you are not able to do that then remember to mention that gold as your "stree dhan" which is absolutely your property and post divorce you will get the custody of that.
