Principal beating minor Principal beating minor

My daughter in class 9, reported a male teacher beating her with a punch in her back or ribs, I reported this to school principal on phone, he was very angry and started complaining against my daughter, I ended up being silent behind all his complains.
Next week he created a case against my son who is in the same school:
My son is in 6th class, he was involved in a dispute with his classmate, later issue came to the principal, he has beaten my son with a tree branch very thick like a bamboo, later he punched him on his back, which is showing swelling even after three days, later he put his foot on child's foot and beaten him again till his footwear torn apart, principal attacked him on knee joins with the same bamboo like stick.
He suspended my son for two days and asked me to give an apology in writing, which I did, yet he is warning that this is the last warning and he will throw him out on next complain, and I am afraid with my daughter's complain against that male teacher, he will create another case very soon may be before final exams in March. He will also plot against my daughter who is in the same school.
I am really very confused, if I complain against him, he will also punish my daughter in another way.
Please advise.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to raise your voice by complaining to higher educational officers and also issue a legal notices. Better get transfer certificates for both the children to avoid further complications and continue your fight against the principal.
