Electricity Bill

In what name the electricity bill will come in the name of landlord or in the name of tenant?Will there be two meter in the name of landlord and tenant?What generally happens related to electricity in terms of general rent agreement?How to deal in this situation?
A.Dear Sir,
It always comes in the name of landlord. The tenant may use the same showing rent agreement or lease agreement coupled with such electricity bill standing in the name of landlord. If lease is more than three years and registered one then permission may be taken from the landlord to get name of the meter changed in the name of lease holder.
