Terminated after Extension of Maternity Leave

I work with a Pvt. Ltd. company in Bangalore and I had been on Maternity leave from Jul 2018 to Dec 2018. Post maternity, i requested for a extension of 3 months LOP which was granted by the organization
I returned to work after 2 months itself, however, the company had decided to terminate me. can i move a legal case in this regard

A.Sure ma'am you can file a complaint against them immediately.

A.Dear Madam,
You can get issue a Legal Notice and also file representation before Labor Commissioner and your issue will be decided under Section 12 of ID Act failing which dispute will be refer to Industrial Tribunal.
