I work with a Pvt. Ltd. company in Bangalore and I had been on Maternity leave from Jul 2018 to Dec 2018. Post maternity, i requested for a extension of 3 months LOP which was granted by the organization I returned to work after 2 months itself, however, the company had decided to terminate me. can i move a legal case in this regard
