Non payment of Balance salary

I leave a Pvt Ltd Company one year before but till date company has not pay my Balance salary due at the time of leave the company after notice of 23 days . I start my job there on trust without formal document as offer letter and Appointment letter because of nearest relation with company management person . Even they paid part salary in some month so balance is left at the time of leave the job which is due till date AND now not reply anything by company.

A.You should follow the following steps
1. Send a legal notice to the company [with a stipulated time period to revert back or comply with]
If they fail to comply with such legal notice, then,
2. You can a civil suit for recovery of arrears of your salary.

A.File complaint against them immediately to the labour commissioner office

A.Send them a legal notice to recover your dues. Hopefully on receipt of a legal notice they will pay your due amount. In case they donot payvtyen you can think of a civil case post consultation with your lawyer.
