I am a victim and a witness for a fraud scam for canada visa process.The police got hold of the culprits and the case is now in court.However I am in shipping and my date for going onboard keeps varying and expecting to join a day prior to the hearing date.Police has put me as a witness.So wanted to know if there will be any problems if i am not present in the court since i will be abroad on my work.
A.Dear Sir,
You may approach the public prosecutor and see that the case is advanced and you are examined. Since you are not available on the day of hearing so Court may issue bailable and non bailable warrants against you to avoid all such situations it is better to get the case advanced.
