I got an coupon from outside one of the mall. They called me to collect prizes and asked me to come with my wife. When we visited found that it was tour/travels company presentation. Somehow they convince us to purchase thier one of the offer of Rs 50k on the basis of 0% emi. In the loud music and hurry they have signed an agreement of non refundable on my wife name. They promises lot of thing and nothing is delivered. I haven't use any single service from them yet and also I am paying Emi and finance charges of the amount paid at that time. Now I came to know that Likizo Services are fraud company and now I want my money back with interest I am paying. What should I do? Whom should I consult? I have already posted complaint on consumer forum but no help from them.
