Sir , i know the person x and the person x was belongs to sc community and converted to christian.x got the govt job recently under sc reservation.is person the x cheated the govt.can we file the case.is x person eligible for job or not under sc benefits???

A.Religion can be changed but the caste remains the same as such the reservation is based on caste and not religion. The caste of a person is determined by his or her birth and the same cannot be changed by way of any religion conversion.
