My mother in law signed the documents of land to her brother.its been 7 years before.now we are in financial problem and have no money to solve it.my question is can we have rights to put case on asking land.right now we have no properties or own house on our family.. Pls help us to solve it

A.Sir, you can contest by saying that your mothers signature was forged or was taken without her free consent by way of force or mistake or anything. You can always file a civil suit and try the same. However it depends upon how well does your lawyer put forward your case.

A.Dear Sir,
You can say that your mother’s signature was taken without her consent or misleading her. Try by filing a civil suit.
