Dear Sir,

This is Praveen from Hyderabad,Telangana.

Sub: Regarding Agricultural property of my mothers Father property.

My grand father have One daughter i.e is my mother and two sons.Total property 26 acres.

From that gifted dd to her daughter 2.27 acres, and 10 acres ,10 acres each for the both the sons.

Now the problem is MRO not issuing the passbook title for this gifted dd 2.27 acres. He issued passbook for both of the sons for 10 and 10 acres.

MRO says your daughter has married before 1980 so she did not get any property from your dad side and your brothers are objecting we cant issue the passbooks.

***Please let me know is this right thing or he is intentially delaying to issue passbooks.

I came to know one of the advocate that your mother will get equal share from her fathers or if even ansistors property because there are no partitions till 2017.

****As per ACT 2005 HUF.

*****Please let me know can i fight for the justice or not. Please guide me sir.
