Hi...I got married to a person in August 2018, his behaviour was bit changed after marriage, he use to abuse me with vulgar words which I was not practiced to. For piles treatment I came back to my hometown later on he had a quarrel with my brother n after that not talking to me also. Daily m trying to convince him but he s not ready to talk. Nw he is telling that he is not interested. What shall I do. Day by day m going low...Mentally getting harassed by his behaviour..pls suggest me...Waiting for ur reply...

2. File domestice voilance case
3. Also file 125 cr.p.c application

1. FIle a 498A IPC against him
2. File a D.V. [Domestic Violence] case against him under section 12 of the PWDV act
3. You can opt to file for a divorce as well
4. If not divorce then,
5. You can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights u/s 9 of the HMA
6. You can also claim maintenance u/s 125 Cr.P.C

2) File a complaint u/s 12 DV act in the court of the magistrate
3) File for maintenance
4) You can also file for restitution of conjugal rights under the Hindu Marriages Act

If u want continue with ur marriage firstly talk to ur husband politely and just try to make the situation normal and if the situation becomes still remains the same, then u can file a petition under sec. 9 of Hindu Marriage Act as a Restitution of Conjugal Rights before Your jurisdiction of the Court.
Are u currently living at yours own mother's house ?

1. to take cognizance for the offence punishable u/s 498A IPC and punish Respondent1 to 3 as per law and extend police protection to the deponent,
2. Pass orders u/s 19, based upon S.17, granting separate residence for herself and her three children at a monthly rent of Rs. 20,000/- and advance of Rs. 5,00,000/-.
3. Pass orders u/s 18, in totality against Respondent1 to 3,
4. Pass orders u/s 20(i) granting Rs.25,000/- per month as maintenance for applicant and maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- each per month to her three children.
5. Pass orders granting Rs. 5,00,000/- for setting up house hold requirements, in granted residence, to make it livable, as the applicant cannot return to the house of Respondent1 as he is residing in the house of respondent No. 3, which is legally prohibited,
6. Pass orders granting litigation expenses of Rs.1,00,000/- as the applicant made to wander from pillar to post for getting legal aid to attend the Hon’ble Court, whereas, the Respondent1 falsely filed Divorce Petition.
7. The applicant also filed interim application supported by affidavit u/s 23(1) and (2) of D.V.Act,
8. That any other order/s, this Hon’ble Court deems fit, to meet the ends of justice, be passed.
