Site map and deed problem

There is a 3feet passage on north side in my site plan
But that is not mentioned in my deed .
Do I have the right on that 3feet passage for using it

A.Sir, technically you do have the right to use common passage. However, if it is not mentioned in the site plan it is advised to rectify the same and include that passage also so that you are hassle free.
