My father in law passed away in 1985 and I have only one sister in law who is alive, rest 2 died years ago. Now my husband and his brothers wants to sell off their ancestral house but the sister's son are wanting equal shares. Are they entitled for equal share?

A.Yes they have a share in it.. but not equal to all other share holders... but according to the share which their mother would have got if she was alive.. the share of the mother will be equally distributed among the children... subject to any will or gift deed if executed by your father in law in the past....
