we had land acquisition case filed in high court of karnataka in single petition where in four survey nos with four respondents is in question .in that out of 4, one respondent belonging to first survey no is ready to compromise , so how to proceed with petittion in high court

A.Dear Sir,
It all depends upon pleadings of the Writ Petitions. An affidavit may be filed by him and Court will record his statement and if possible the WP against him will be closed and his name will be deleted from the Writ Petition.
