Does a Rental Property Owner Have the Right to Not Renew a Lease Without Cause in india even if the agreement have no renewal clause.
Can the tenant live forever and force landlord to renew even if the agreement have no renewal clause.

A.Dear client not renewal it's vacate after rent due.Or any time if give notice to vacate premises. And cancelled agreement.

A.Dear Sir,
You contention is logical and justified but police may color it. Any way one day or the other you have to surrender or challenge the said orders of Magistrate. Better get a stay order on such maintenance orders and stay free of tension.

A.Sir if there is no renew clause then the general rule is that the tenant is allowed to stay at that place till the time such agreement or such lease is in force. Say for example a person enters into a lease agreement for a period of 3 years and there is no renew clause in such agreement. Then, after the expiry of 3 years the tenant is bound to leave the premises and it is in the discretion of the landlord whether or not he wants to renew the lease.
