My mother has raised case against me under non maintenance , mental torture. Also, seeking for eviction of home.
However, my father took home loan And i was the co applicant on registry papers. After his death I am paying home loans emis.
After my marriage me mother and wife had issues so I made a relinquisment deed and have my 25%share which I received from my father I gave it to my mother. Now because of my family relatives my mother taking instructions against me.
How can I cancel that relinquish deed and how can i send notice to my maasis sho are manipulating her mind.

A.Sir, your mother can at maximum claim maintenance from you. She can however not evict you.
Also, as for your question of how to cancel such a relinquishment.
You can approach the proper court and file a suit for declaration and state that such a deed for relinquishment of rights was not done with free consent.
Also, if you are able to prove that the EMI's of the house is being paid by you then that would technically make you the De - Facto Owner of the house.
Hope I was able to clear your queries.
Thanks

A.She can claim maintenance from you but can't evict you, if you are able to prove that you had paid the EMI's.
you need to be bit unethical to teach your aunties (maasis) a lesson which I can't suggest here.
