This is Ramdas from Ahmadnagar, Maharashtra. My grandfather had 8 acres of land in Ahmadnagr district, after his death that land distributed equally among two sons -my father and my uncle. Father and uncle both died. My uncle’s son and myself fighting over boundaries of 8 acres land since map is not drawn on 7/12. Moreover, my uncle’s son has given his 4 acres of land on lease to third person for 5 years. I have filed a suit against my uncle’s son and third person, claiming /requesting that boundaries will be finalized first then my uncle’s son can make lease/ agreement the way he wants.
Lease was made on 2012, 5 years completed, neither the third person left the land nor do we have any verdict from district court. I had filed suit in 2013. My uncle’s son is weak mentally and physically, third person is taking advantage of his weakness. How to resolve this issue legally, please help.

1. File for an injunction
2. Approach the High Court and get a direction whereby it asks the Lower Court to dispose off the matter in a specified time period.
Alternatively, you can file
1. Suit for eviction/ vacation of land [on behalf of your uncles son] against the third party [as the lease period is now over]
