Regarding joining in GOVT sector

Recently in January 2019 a provisional selection list was made public by government of JAMMU & Kashmir district Baramula & now MCC is going to implement
My question here is that will MCC effect on the appointments & joining of candidates kindly answer

A.MCC shall not affect the joining's and appointments of candidates. They shall go according to the provisional selection list. However slight alterations are possible.
