Commercial property dispute Commercial property dispute

I have a commercial property registered on my name. Registration papers are available. The commercial property was sold to us by a theatre owner. The Theatre owner purchased the land from a lady who had taken it on lease for 99 years. The lease ended. The original owner put a case on the above lady and won the case. The lady who sold the land to theatre owner is now dead. The original owner now says our properties registration is invalid as he is the original owner. We paid legally for the registration process and we purchased the property after following all legal requirements...we are now left in middle of nothing. We donot even know if we can sell this property or not..
