A.Yes , in the said case above, husband can sell his self made property to anyone according to his choice without taking permission from his wife and children.

A.बेशक बेच सकता है अगर वह उसकी खुद की बनाई/कमाई हुई संपत्ति है,
लेकिन पत्नी चाहे तो इस पर court से stay आर्डर (बेचने के खिलाफ) ले सकती है,
लेकिन पत्नी चाहे तो इस पर court से stay आर्डर (बेचने के खिलाफ) ले सकती है,

Yes , the husband can sell off his self acquired property to anybody according to his wish without asking permission from his wife and children.
