I bought shop from builder, received possession letter with possession
stating full consideration was paid and shop on ground floor is owned by Mr…. and possession was handed over in 1977.
But shop/ flat buyer purchase agreement was not signed between me & builder. I know sale deed(apartment deed & its registration has to be executed) D.D.A has announced that soon policy of free hold will be announced.
Q.1.My question is am I protected by The Delhi apartment ownership act sec.4(2), 6 & 24 because now it is not possible to approach the builder for purchase agreement.
If builder does not make apartment deed then D.D.A will make it.(DDA may ask for purchase agreement.) At present lease of building is cancelled by D.D.A.
