We have purchased a flat 4yrs back.now when we try to sell the flat we came to know that the flat was constructed at wrong place.as per approved plan our flat has to constructed at north east corner but it was constructed at South West corner.we have taken home loan at the time of purchase so we have not scrutinize the documents properly as the bank has approved for loan.now the problem came when we try to sell the flat.our flat was at ground floor and in the documents flat no G1(north east corner flat) with boundaries as per present construction where as in the approved building plan the flat boundaries will be different .what we can do now.please suggest.

A.Yours case is a complicated issue, the construction of flat is not as per approved plan.Any buyer will verify in detail before buying the flat and it will be legally challenging. It is better to consult a senior Property Lawyer and protect your property & interest.
