Gift settlement deed of property Gift settlement deed of property

Im having a property registered on 3 brothers but 4th brother was not included in property share. The property was previously purchase & registered on my Grandmother name. we got this property as Gift Deed Settlement as my father being a settler in between for registering the property directly from my grandmother name to we 3 brothers. (Note- The property was not transfered to my father, it was directly given to we 3 brothers as our father being in between as settler). The registration of property was done in year 2010 on we 3 brothers name, 4th brother name was not included as 4th brother never supported us & our parents and lived separately after marriage. As our father expired in year 2014, after that 4th brother started asking his share in property. Today we received a legal notice from our 4th brother for share in our property. We 3 brothers decided not to give any share in property. So what we can do as we dont want to give a single penny to him? please give your suggesstions
