1.Lakshmiammal(Nagammal's mother)
2.Nagammal(Krishnammal's mother)
3.Krishnammal(sister-in-law of Muthalammal,(i.e)sister of my grand father)
4.Muthalammal(my grandmother)
5.Muthalammal has 3 three children(1st- My dad,2.Krishna,3.Suresh)
a.My Dad is not alive
b.Muthalammal,Krishna,Suresh are alive
Lakshmiammal has written a will to her daughter Nagammal.
Nagammal inturn has written a will to her daughter Krishnammal.
Krishnammal:
1.Krishnammal is married
2.Krishnammmal does not have children
3.Krishnammal did not live with her husband
4.Krishnammal in turn has written a will to Muthalammal(my grandmother)
Now I have the copy of will written by Krishnammal to Muthalammal.
Krishna and Suresh are threatening me that Muthalammal has written a will only to them and excluding my father.
1.Now I want my father's share.How do I approach this issue
2.Whether my grand mother has rights to do like this.
3.It is not grandmother's self-acquired property.Whether my mother(widow) has rights to claim from her end.

Section 15 in The Hindu Succession Act, 1956
15. General rules of succession in the case of female Hindus.—
(1) The property of a female Hindu dying intestate shall devolve according to the rules set out in section 16,—
(a) firstly, upon the sons and daughters (including the children of any pre-deceased son or daughter) and the husband;
(b) secondly, upon the heirs of the husband;
(c) thirdly, upon the mother and father;
(d) fourthly, upon the heirs of the father; and
(e) lastly, upon the heirs of the mother.
