i want explanation from below judgement ,
1.what is the procedure after this?
2.how much time does i hve to put application for claiming property as the tenant did not vacate after 2 months.
Business : Judgment pronounced vide and separate in the result, the suit is partly decreed with
costs directing the defendant to vacate the suit schedule property within 2 months
from today and handover vacant physical possession of suit schedule property to the
plaintiff and on failure to do so, the plaintiff is entitled for the same by way of
execution. With regard to arrears of rent the suit is dismissed. However the plaintiff is
at liberty to file separate petition for entitlement of the same.
Nature of Disposal : DECREED WITH COSTS
Disposal Date : 31-12-2018
The judgment is very clear that you are not entitled for arrears of rent but you can file separate suit. Secondly get issue a legal notice to the tenant to the vacate the premises by the end of two months from the date of judgment failing which you may either approach police or file another application before same Court seeking execution of decree. On such application the Court will send its Court Amin who will execute Court decree by putting the belongings of tenant outside the house and thus vacant possession of the house will be given to you.

Dera Mr. Rameshwar,
My lawyer advise us to put application for bailiff to vacate the property,is it right??
what according to you should i do.i want this property back

U should file exicution of order in same court after two months
Sale deed mentions that roof has ownership to owner(builder) not flat owner
