Right of Nominee/Survivor vs Legal Hire Right of Nominee/Survivor vs Legal Hire

I am the legal hire of my Deceased Brother Sh. Pronab Kumar Dhar
Sh. Pronab Kumar dhar was bachelor and staying at Kanpur and I was also on defence services, My brother Sh. Pronab Kumar Dhar was maintaining his pension account with the address, from the house of our cushion brother Sh. Dilip kumar Dhar at Kharagpur,
More over with good gesture and believe My brother sh. Pronab Kumar made the Second applicant or Nominee for all his fixed deposit as Miss. Ituparna Dhar the unmarried daughter of our cushion brother Sh. Dilip Kumar Dhar while making the initial deposit approx. of Rs 5 Lac, henceforth all the times , all those fixed deposit has been renewed on completion of the terms from its initial deposit , never any fixed deposit has yet been withdrawal, hence name of the second applicant has also remains as it is.
Presently Miss. Ituparna Dhar got married and become Mrs. Ituparna Chandra in the year 2011 and as per the UCO bank Kharagpur all the those amount laying at UCO bank Kharagpur has been settled and withdrawn by Mrs. Ituparna by providing the online downloaded Death certificate. As a legal hire I only applied & received death certificate of by Deceased Brother Sh. Pronab Kumar Dhar, no one except me is in process of Original death certificate.
This a completely conspiracies by my cushion brother Sh. Dilip Kumar Dhar and his daughter to grab the amount and to deprive me as a legal hire.
Please advise, Firstly, as a legal hire what legal action can be initiated against my cushion brother Sh. Dilip Kumar Dhar and his daughter Ituparna Dhar.
Secondly, whether the death claim can be settled through downloaded death certificate without producing the Original by Bank. What action can be Initiated against Bank.

A.Dear Sir,
The nominee will not get entire amount for herself/himself. The nominee stood in the shoes of trustee and such proceeds received from Bank or otherwise shall be distributed among all the legal heirs as per inheritance law.
