Hi Sir/Madam,
Property is on Minor name and his Father is the guardian. Can I buy this property?

A.Dear Sir,
The guardian has to obtain permission from the Civil Court and as per the directions of Civil Court the father of the minor should act.

A.Yes you can but the property with the prior approval of the guardian.
