sir i had purchased a plot in up from a person by registery
but his uncle made a case against it which i won in civil court. he appealed in district court where he won and judge cancelled my registery.
i applead within time in highcourt and case is going on.
now opposit man want to sell the plot to another person who is a criminal.
i want to know that if my case is under progress in high court is opposit party authorised to sell the property

A.No he cannot sell such property during the pendency of the suit the subject matter cannot be sold off. Highlight this point before the judge and obtain a stay order on the sale proceedings.
