A. ) who are you? what papers were signed by the wife? its only six days since death!!!!!!
the claim petition must contain the name of wife and she will surely get his share of claim whenever the case concludes and her (wife) share of the money will be credited into her account.
contact me for detailed information

Thankyou sir, I'm brother of the wife.
I have no idea on what papers she has signed.
But she told "papers were regarding insurance" under MACT.
There will not be any issue if the money (her share) is supposed to be credited into her account. I was worried about her share because her "mother in law" and "father in law" are selfish in case of money.
I will not hesitate to consult u if required sir
Thankyou..

nothing much to worry but you are advised to clarify the documents, which were signed by your sister.......
and also to have a proper followup in the claim case
