Motor accident claim

A motor accident victim having wife,daughter(4 yr old),father,mother.process for claiming compensation under MACT has already been started by father. wife signed on the paper without reading it. Victim aged about 33yrs, 1) approximately How much the family will get as compensation 2)To whom the money will be credited?to wife or father? 3)Since wife already signed on it,is there any possibility to object the process? Please help. Death occurred on 6/3/2019. Thankyou

who are you? what papers were signed by the wife? its only six days since death!!!!!!
the claim petition must contain the name of wife and she will surely get his share of claim whenever the case concludes and her (wife) share of the money will be credited into her account.
