Issue of Partition

We have total 12 acr of land in a UT under the title of my dad and my uncle its a but my uncle is not responding us for any activities regarding the property , He is refusing to give us our partition of the property, Please suggest whether is it possible that we can sell half part of the said property, or any other way to get our right.

A.dear client in your matter kindly file a suit for partition and once the same is done by the court, then you may proceed ahead.

A.Sir,
File suit (O.S) before the civil court ....Partition Suit.

A.Apply for partition and demarcation of the property before the court. Only then you can sell your share of property.
