Hi, I am 33 and married. My wife recently found that I am in love with another woman. She has proof of our relation. I have a 2 yr. old kid as well.
How do I get full custody of my child.

A.Sir, you can definitely file a custody case and claim the custody of the child. However having that said, she also has proof of Adultery as you have mentioned. It must also be noted that till the child is of 5yrs, the mother is said to be the natural guardian [BY DEFAULT] therefore in such cases where the age of the child is blow five years the guardianship of the child generally goes to the mother in all probability. You can however fight it out and see what best can you get out of it.

A.getting custody of 2 yr old child will be a big task, however, no option except to file suit for the claiming the same.

A.Dear client the child custody should be filed in Court. Whoever eligible to take care of childhood of baby get the child
