Partition deed Partition deed

Hi please help in this case... Katha was in the name of my great grand father he has got two sons let's say Mr A and Mr B.
They were made the partition deed. Mr A got 2 sons and 2 daughters based on previous partition deed Mr A's sons and daughters made again partition deed by sons and settlement deed by daughters from A's portion ..
My father is one of the son of A, now the problem is the property which came to my father's part held with some case and we won the case but measurements of land got little bit differentiated that means 37 guntas became 35 ...
Now my uncle is putting problem by asking part in that land.. We have registered partition deed but now Katha is in name of Mr A and Mr B jointly...
Can my father go ahead and make Katha into his name as per partition deed
