Harrassment at work place

I was humiliated by my manager to the extent that was treated as unfair. When I reported these to his boss -Director . The boss put me on a action plan on unfair grounds . When I took this to ethics helpline they took the details and said will give feedback to both of them. Now my family member is also working in the same company. So they are humiliating her too. Is there anything I can do legally to protect myself and my family members from such bullying at work
