Sir in my marksheet old date of birth was 1961 which was wrong and corrected by board (m.p.) to 1994 but I am teaching in a school from 20 years (permanent teacher) but they retire me on 58 years on the reference on 1961 .now what I can do now

A.Dear Sir,
You must have taken the issue much earlier either to be Service Tribunal or High Court, now you can approach local advocate and resolve your issue.

A.Sir you can go and talk to the relevant authorities to reinstate your position and solve this problem amicably. If they do not understand , then,
You can send them a legal notice stating that the old date of birth [1961] was mistake and which was later rectified by board [M.P] to 1994. Also with that notice attach the relevant documents which approve 1994 to be good and 1961 to be an error. The notice should direct them to reinstate you as a permanent teacher with retirement age at 58 from 1994 and not 1961.
If in case they do not comply, then, you can file a civil suit against them for reinstatement.
