my father filed a suit in 2003 for declaration of his removal illegal and consequential recovery of Rs 691337 for which we paid court fee amounting to Rs.11852 our suit was dismissed if we intend to file an appeal in district court do we need to pay court fee again if so, what might the amount of court fee to be paid in district court for the above stated value of suit we reside in visakhapatnam, Andhra pradesh eagerly waiting for reply thanks in advance regards, raghuram

A.Dear Sir,
Normally the Court fee for appellant Court will be the same as to which you have paid in the Lower Court.
