Pressure by senior officer to mark present status of third party workers in case of absentees also

Sir,
I am working in a central government employee. My senior is pressurising me to mark present for third party workers in case of absentees also.They are planning to take actions in another way. Kindly guide me.

A.You should not obey illegal orders of your senior. In such eventualities, you report the matter to next superior officer to your senior for the sake of clarity, even if you do not want to complain against your senior.
