my name is sravan kumar,mein 18 yrs se army mein job kar rahahu .mujhe abhi mother father ki health problem vajese voulantry pension Jana chahata hu lekin army officers signature nahi kararaha hai.mein pension janekeliye koi rasta ya rule,act hai to pl bataye .....

A.Dear Client,
You are supposed to get such benefits. If the army officers are denying you that, send them a legal notice asking for the pension. If they not comply to such notice within the stipulated time period , file a case against them at the armed forces tribunal.

A.Sir,
Send them a legal notice asking for your rights and mention a stipulated time period within which you should receive such pension.
If in case the officers fail to comply with the legal notice, then, you can file a case against them in the armed forces tribunal.

A.Dear Brother,
There are provisions in favour of your request. If they are not allowing you to take voluntary pension then you may file a case in AFT.
