How to cite judgments in written statement?
I wish to cite judgments in a written statement to be filed before a co-operative court. Kindly let me know how to go about doing the same. Do I have to annex the copy of the judgment to my written statement or merely quoting the case number would be enough?
A.Dear Sir,
You must mention the citation in the written statement and reproduced relevant para then enclose the judgments in complete along with your written statement.

A.You have to mention the case with its details and annex the relevant portions you try to cite.
Or else, you can also merely cite the case and write what the judgement was and then provide a copy of the same to the bench.
Thanks
