Common Area in a house of a joint family Common Area in a house of a joint family

Sir, we have a common area outside the gate of our room in a house of joint family just like a corridor courtyard etc some residing in the same house used to put their garbage, footwears, and other junk overthere just to tease us. Is there any way to stop them, is there any law in this regard that can help us.

A.dear client in your matter throwing garbage anywhere is now a punishable act. In my opinion you should report it with the Councillor of your area or you could file a report in your area's municipality office.

A.Yes .Now it is against law to throw garbage & junk etc., in any body's place or even on the street. There are various civil & Criminal laws of State & Union Government you can take immediate action through Local authorities. If need can consult a Lawyer who will guide & help you and solve your Courtyard & Corridor Issue.
