Q1. MMRDA OR SRA building 10 year tax is free any government policy available. I got my allotment in 2009 but society registered in 2019.
Q2. Not all members ready to pay assement tax but i am ready to pay when i talk to assement tax officer i told them sepreate my account he said it is not possible. If i pay the amount it will be go society's account not on my name what to do now
