Salary not received past 3 months what should I do? I need proper advice on urgent basis

A.Sir,
1. Talk to your Authorities and solve this matter personally if possible, IF NOT, THEN,
2. Send a legal notice to the concerned authorities stating the non payment of salary and direct them to repay the same within a stipulated time period with certain rate of interest as you feel fit.
If in case they fail to comply with the legal notice, THEN,
3. You have the option to file a case in the Labour Court or else you can file a suit for recovery of such amount with interest in the civil court having jurisdiction to try such matters.

A.First of all try to escalate and try to resolve the issue personally. Next you can get a lawyer to file a legal notice. Thereafter, file a suit for recovery with interest.
