A Boy Name "JAI " 12 Years old Yesterday on 21/03/2019 met with an Accident , car ran over the foot of the boy, the Person driving the car just said sorry and went . Boy was taken to municipal hospital Doctor advice for immediate X- Ray after the reports it was diagnosed fracture in his right foot , Also the wounds were bleeding on the elbow, hips and foot toes . Hence He was plastered on Right Leg.
Also at the Same instance Child started Complaining about his feeling of Giddiness Vomiting and headache Doctor advised C T scan of head immediately, CT Scan was also done and the reports showed there are no major problems, but Medication are needed . As Doctor gave an option of taking him home but taking good care or Hospitalization. We discharged from hospital at night , now we want to lodge a police complain and file a Case Against for the accident and loss happened.

You can lodge a complaint in the police station and assist them to find out the Car and the case will be booked both for criminal offence and also you can claim compensation.

A.First of all you must should be lodge FIR against accused car or vehicle if police does not register your FIR then you file complaint case in Civil Court before the chief judicial magistrate there after you may file compensation case against accused car and her insurer any place of territory of India

A.Yes you can lodge FIR to the police. If they refuse to do same you can register online complainant.
