Dear sir am staying in hyderabad I have a house which Is patta certificate land not a registry land and no records in sub register office on owner names.
Becuse of patta land but the owner name is mentioned on government municipal office as per patta issued..
I have purchased Long back without any agreement I have taken only Xerox patta from owner even till now the water and electricity connection on owners name so in this what I can do please suggest..
On my name I don't have any valid legal document except aadar voter and ration cards..
And what is adverse position and can I do notary or affidavit please suggest

A.U should file adverse possession suit against them immediately
