Dear sir,
My husband stays away from me n visits me once in 2 or 3 months. He stays with other wife whom he divorced and remarried. He always threatens me to leave which i dont want. Kindly suggest me something to just threaten him through law or any other legal procedure so that he stays with me.

A.you can make a police complaint, with an option to file a case under domestic violence act also.
you can also send a legal notice through counsel to your husband stating facts with a warning to initiate the legal action.

A.You have the following options :

1) File a domestic violence complaint

2) File for restitution of conjugal rights

3) if you're Hindu , in that case your husband can be prosecuted under sec 494 IPC

Can u explain what is restitution of conjugal rights?
I am a muslim, the woman with whom my husband is staying is his 1st wife bt he divorced her and married me but again married her which is not legal in our community until the woman has done halala. I dnt want to spoil either her life by making him stay only with me, i just want my husband to give me my rights too. I also request you to give me advice what to do if that lady is using abusive language for me. I want to complain against her so that she allows my husband to meet me too.
