Dear sir
My case was dismissed again defandant because of they also staying in same position hence as per law if a person staying in same house Injunction cannot be granted saying.. And my pw1 and pw2 said in their chief examination defandant is staying on same position..
So Pls suggest what next I can do best but I don't have property documents its not my name even not a defandant name..
But am saying in position before the defandant recently entered defandant its my relatives only..
The judgement said both parties showing title hence court cannot decide order saying and defandant is in same position hence case was dismissed..

Please suggest me can I file next case with my advocate now his not responding which case can I file now again Pls suggest

If defendant is ur sister ND also a legal heir of the property... Then uh may not dispossed her without title documents in ur favour.... Best possible way with due process of law is to file a partition suit ND let court partition ur property equally or both of u decide amicably... Other methods will b discussed when u came for consultation ...uh may contact on 8178505831
