I want to apply for divorce from my wife. The problem in my case is if I apply for divorce, she threatens me to commit suicide as well as kill my kids. How can I proceed further. Been married for 6 years and having two kids.

A.try to record her statement regarding suicide and then move to police and make a complaint about mental harassment and threatening and then file divorce petition on the ground of cruelty.

A.why you want to divorce your wife. Why you want to break your marriage unnecessarily. If there are some differences try to amicably resolve the same with your wife; Divorce is the last resolution when all the other option have been exhausted and has become unfruitful.
