A.Try to settle the matter as you have a teenage son just at his growing years.
If such amicable settlement fails, then, you can file a case for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and mental torture.
Judicial separation is the first stage of divorce as the court does give an option to the spouses to think and reconcile.
Also, you can file a domestic violence case along with a 125crpc.
Thanks

A.you must share a little more or details for a focussed response. pls do so that you can get a proper direction. however it is better you dont go in for a separation at this late stage if property is involved . separation can also mean social disruption for your child

A.Dear Client,
Decide whether you want to live with this marriage or not. if not , then file a divorce on the grounds of cruelty and if you don't want it and your husband is asking for it, hire a good lawyer and fight it out.
Thanks.

A.due to the age factor and teenage son, I advise you to settle the matter amicably with the help of elders of both families, but, in case, settlement fails, don't hesitate to file a complaint against him for domestic violence, maintenance etc.
