My father was two wheeler loan in hdfc bank. In 2017, we paid 19 month. Every due 2954 we paid monthly 19 month. We unable paid five months due total 15000 are pending. They cheased the vehicle with out any lettaer or legal action kindly do the needful

Thanks for your reply. They bank told u vehicle went accqtion. We cannot doing nothing sir. As a common man we suffered.

A.Talk tot he bank authorities and solve this problem amicably.
Tell them that due to some monetary constraints you are unable to pay the money and will soon repay it.
If they do not understand, send them a legal notice stating that they took your vehicle without any notice.

Thanks for your reply sir. That bank told ur vehicle went for accqtion. As a common man we cannot do nothing.

Sir, if you fail to pay the money then the bank has complete rights to auction your vehicle. However, if such auction has taken place without any information or notice sent to you, the same is not allowed and you can file a case against the same.
