Anticipatory Bail in High Court

We filed for Anticipatory Bail in High Court, we have got the hearing date finally but it is saying "ORDERS REG.NON-COMPLIANCE OF OFFICE-OBJNS" ?
What is the meaning?
Please explain.

A.For non-compliance of office objections, the matter was notified time and again but the petitioners did not care to remove office objections. This reflects upon gross negligence of the petitioners and their advocate. As the petitioners failed to comply with the office objections registration was refused. Aggrieved by the order of refusal of registration, the petitioners have filed this application for restoration
