Hello iam jagan i have given my flat for rent on oral agreement now she is not paying rent nor vacating my house .I have sent her notice she is refused to accept because her father name was incorrect as she didn't provide any id proof whatever she told us names we have sent legal notice court will accept it or not Court will dismiss the case because her father name is incorrect in legal notice please tell me.

A.dear client in your matter It is the prerogative right of the court to accept & issue notice or not to file the case on the objection of the opposite party, the tenant. It is better to consult & act immediately according to expert civil property lawyer & protect your interest.

A.Sir,
It is oral agreement you need not fear.Send another corrigendum notice stating that "Father name unknown".And file RCOP case.
